Singapore: 28th SEA Games 2015

After 22 years, Southeast Asian Games is returning to Singapore as the hosting nation. It has been a grand, colorful and festive opening ceremony last Friday, June 5, 2015 at Singapore National Stadium with a theme "Celebrating the Extraordinary"

The 28th SEA Games happening from June 5-16, 2015 will be extra-special for Singaporeans and a good opportunity to rekindle nationalism as the country celebrates its 50th year of freedom (SG50).

About 7000 athletes from 11 participating nations - Brunei(82), Cambodia(258), Indonesia(526), Laos(194), Malaysia(659), Myanmar(396), Philippines(472), Singapore(748), Thailand(766), Timor-Leste(66) and Vietnam(391) will be competing for the 1327 medals across 402 events in 36 different sports.

This will be fun-packed and super exciting as you go, support and cheer for your delegation. We will definitely be there applauding for the Filipino sports athletes who fight from the heart and give their best for the country #PUSO #LabanPilipnas #TeamPH
